DEADLINE
Entries for the first ever BBC blog contest close 15 March 2011.
BBC World Service editors and development partners are looking to award money for the most "popular" and "controversial" blog posts addressed to a policy development audience.
Entry is via a rather lengthy membership form for the Development Networks Communication Initiative, with posts to be added directly to their Development Policy blog.
Popular blog post authors will get a uk240 stipend to produce three more posts.
Most controversial bloggers get a smaller amount of uk50 "to acknowledge their skill in inspiring dialogue" - but no invitation for more posts.
An early deadline of 28 February was extended out two weeks.
